Welcome to Enlightenment YorkshireA holistic approach to Therapies for the Mind Body and SpiritWe at Enlightenment Yorkshire specialise in a diverse range of holistic therapies to soothe, calm, heal, replenish, uplift, inspire, or educate the mind, body and spirit. Many of us lead increasingly busy lives, and yet may find little time to take care of our inner selves. We aim to remedy this by offering a broad spectrum of complementary therapies ranging from aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, and other forms of massage by fully qualified therapists who specialise in their field. In addition, we provide treatments to aid you on your healing journey. For the MindFor the mind we offer hypnotherapy which addresses fears, phobias, stress, smoking cessation, and more. It may be that something in our past has a direct bearing on the way we behave today, and by experiencing regression we can unlock those hidden feelings which may help us to lead a calmer, happier life. Have you ever had feelings of déjà vu? You may feel as though you have known a particular person before, visited a place for the first time, and yet it has felt familiar. We have had a number of successful regressions [which were recorded] and certain historial facts have been confirmed. For the BodyFor the body we have a number of healers who are at hand to offer Reiki & Seichem, Crystal Healing, and Quantum Touch. The benefits may astound you and help you to trigger your body's natural own natural healing responses. For the SpiritFor the spirit we have a team of psychics each with an unique approach. On Tuesday evenings at 19.00 Clairvoyants come along to our centre and offer messages from friends and loved ones. Spirit Guide paintings can also be commissioned and offer you the opportunity of seeing your guides and mentors from the Spirit World. Connect with the World of Faeries, discover their magic and customs. Embrace your creative self. Training Courses and WorkshopsWe have a range of training courses and workshops on Reiki, healing, past life regression, and a diverse range of holistic therapies. Mediums are on hand to give readings on an individual or party basis. We all have innate psychic abilities, and at our Thursday evening development class, you will have the opportunity to learn techniques to further your psychic skills.
